I have a GT 2000 with everything on the 3point but the bracket that mounts the top link to the tractor. Does anyone have a picture of it or know a manual I could look at to fab one up? Dont think it would be too hard to do with the threaded boss on the back of the rearend. Thanks for any help

That tractor has the Eaton 11 transmission, which is the same as my HDT1000. I'm betting that it uses pretty much the same bracket.

It's just a U-shaped bracket with three holes for the top link to attach to, and two holes that are used to bolt it to the rear end.

I don't have a good pic of mine right now, but will try to get one and post it here.

Thanks for the help. Looks like what i had in mind. Can't bend anything like that so will probably just weld a similar shape. Haven't used a 3point this small before. It is for category 0 only right ?

Yes, it's for CAT 0.

That said, beware of the SEARS CAT 0 implements. They are a "Limited CAT 0". They are pretty narrow, and you might not be able to get them hooked up. Plus if you did, you have to be careful that you don't turn something like their plow into a pretzel if you hit something solid with it. :D :D :D

John Deere does that with their X700 series as well. They call their 3-pt a "Limited CAT 1". It takes implements with the CAT 0 dimensions, but uses CAT 1 size pins.

OH, found the pics. Here's what the one for the HT series looks like:

Thanks again for the pics from all. If I find a tiller for this tractor will I have to take the 3point off to run it? New to this tractor and have not run across the tiller setup. Is that a 540 pto in the last pic or some other RPM setup? I know the driveshaft for mine would come all the way fron the front.

That's the 540/1000 RPM PTO attachment for the Large Frames.

VERY rare goodie :D :D :D

It originally came with an extra set of gears and a shaft so you could change to either 540 RPM or 1000 RPM depending on what implements you had.

As you can see in these pics, it doesn't quite fit on the HT series (that's the rear end of an HT20D), because they were made before the HTs came into existence. However with a bit of a modification of that bracket it will work.

It uses the drive shaft as the tiller to drive the PTO unit.

If you find a tiller you will have to take off the three point and the mounting brackets. The tiller uses a different set of brackets to mount the tiller. Oh and it uses a different lifting cable.

Here is a pic of the tiller set up and drive shaft for the tiller.

Velle,

Do you have dimensions of that drive shaft?
I got one of those when I bought my 5019H but didn't get a tiller, just a mower deck and snowblower.
here are a few pics with measurements. it is 52 1/2 inches long.
