I just called to purchase some new wheels for my gravely C10A and the seller ensured me that the two-piece wheels for the L and the C10A were the same. But I know that there were two widths because I old rusty wheels that are of two different widths. I guess my question is, can I run 16x6.5x8 tires on the skinnier wheels?? Thanks. RG

I think you will be fine with the tires. I have different widths on my tractor, and use the same 480-8 tires on all of them. I don't see that much difference. when the tires are mounted. The beads should pull in the small amount the skinny wheels require.

Thanks Franklin. I was a bit irritated at the cavalier attitude of the salesman: "they are all the same!" But if it doesn't make a difference, I guess they are.
