Fine thread (NF or SAE) fasteners are the exception on Gravelys.

One place where a NF thread is found is on the belt tensioning rod on the 50" mower deck.

Another place a NF fastener was used is on the 800/8000 direction clutch studs.

Where else did Gravely use NF nuts or bolts?

While anything could be used, I got two NF threaded bolts with my MA-210 snowblower crank assembly from Richard's. It is NOS also.

I seem to remember the studs that hold the rotary cultivator to the drive housing are fine thread on one end and coarse on the other.

Plus the studs that hold the frame to the trans axle on a 400.

I'll add that the factory studs/nuts on the 6-bolt split rims are fine thread, 3/8-24 if I remember correctly.

The lug bolts for the rear wheels on a rider and, (IIRC), the bolts that the seat pan pivots on.

The nut that holds the safety clutch on is fine thread. The end of the rods of the old style brush is NF. I think the nut that holds the gear on the input shaft of the 50" mower drive is NF.
