I saw that listing as well - almost looks like one of "leaf-away" systems Gravely sold decades ago, for the rotary deck.

Is it just me or is this unit set up backwards? I thought that the bag goes on the right hand side or the tractor when looking from the operator's position.

Does this one look like it mounts on the left, or is it just me?

It is still a nice looking unit though.

It is a leaf-away and it is missing the high lift blades. Just like all blowers have cracked discharged shoots I have not seen one leaf-away that didn't have a bag with a hole in it. I have seen one in action on a 5665, it was pretty impressive. It was big though. You have to have alot of room to use it. - Kris :rauch10:

I didn't know that Gravely made a high lift blade for the 30".

So, in talking with another Gravely guy,
Iwas told that it seemed to work better reversed...

Also, it came with a fan blade, not high lift cutting blade

Wouldn't that depend on whether you're running a left or right hand deck? I don't know if they made a left hand and a right hand bagger.
