Trying to crank the 812 today, the Direction Control Lever snatched back and slammed my wrist! and that was just the start of my troubles. The engine turns a little but bogs down quickly. the clutch plates spin together even though they are apart (I even backed them off further until I could easily see daylight through them), it pulls the DCL back until it catches on the seat, this is about the time that the engine stops its pitiful rotation. Gears are in N and pto is OUT. Any idea whats going on?
