Anyone successfully removed this axle pin that holds the entire front fork assemblies on??
I can’t get it to slide or even budge when hit with a mini sledge.
It will spin right if left in place when I hit the front wings with a hammer but won’t budge outwards whatsoever.
I’ve used a mini sledge and it’s not budging.
Anyone??
Two bolts in front, then the large nut for the other end seems to be the only ones holding this bolt in place.

try spinning it counterclockwise using the ears, and see if it slowly unscrews from the assembly. adding some pressure, either by pulling on the ear-side, or pushing on the thread side while spinning it would help as well.

Heat, and beat. Basically depending on the reason for takeing it apart. The bolt / pivot pin maybe become sacrificial. Melt it out or drill it, or cut what looks like a spacer and the bolt to get it out. Reason for remove will make the how much effort do you want to put into it
