I went to a lawn tractor auction today....
I picked this up for $150.00. 600 hours.
Dead battery and one tire flat so far...

I have roughly the equivalent only newer with a 50 inch fab'ed deck and V Twin B&S wouldn't take less than 1K for it. Looks and set up the same.

My battery charged up... So All I needed was a deck belt and a key switch.
Runs and works great....Mowed the grass with it today... what oil goes in the hydros?

That right angle gearbox that makes the vertical motor work with the horizontal hydro would be useful for all sorts of other projects. I bet the cost would be prohibitive with a capital P !! Dixon has often used weird engineering like that. Some of the older ones had chain drive to each rear wheel.

well that did not last very long... I only got to mow my grass one time with it....

Some lady stopped by and offered me $800.00 for it...
She really wanted it... I liked it but not that much.
I left her have it... Guess I be shopping again this week end.
Easy come ... Easy go....
