Most recent photo of this winter's project '76 Yamaha RD400c. All done save the paint so that the tanks can be mounted and filled. Had to roll it out to the shed to clear an area in the garage for the ceiling to be removed to replace cantilever joists for the kitchen door deck. All decks and West side siding are being replaced.

Just happen to find this thread tonight.
I bought a bike this July, only took me 31 years to get another one, lol.
I bought a 2020 triumph Bonneville t120.
I really enjoy it, a great way to relax.
Heres a pic from a month ago, the middle of no where....

Nice bike. I never rode a 400 but did ride an RD 350. What a rush it was back in the day. I still suspect it would be quite a ride. I put a lot of miles on a CB350 and an RD350 in the day.

350 and 400 were pretty close. The 400 had a bit more power, but it was a more mild delivery over the 350. Brakes were better on the 400.. handling was a tossup depending on the tires/suspension..

I'd have to look to see if I had any pics, but when I was around 12, my dad bought me and my brother a 50cc Honda mini-bike (so, similar to the bike in post #1278, just with much smaller wheels and frame), which was awesome, except we were already both pretty tall kids. So, we had to ride it with our knees out, as if we tucked our knees against the fuel tank, we couldn't turn anymore...
