thats good to know, thanks arcam!
Yes, but not real fast. I'm getting everything moved for fall and that "making a living" thing keeps slowing me down. Don't let me forget.Arcam, thanks for the info. Would you be willing to to draw out the dimensions of the different size points? Since they are fairly simple in geometry, people could make them at home (given a good grade of steel). I'd be willing to try converting them into a full engineering drawing and posting it here, if you send me the dimensions.
"Making a living" keeps interfering with my Gravely time too! I'm getting pretty tired of it at the moment! :trink39:Yes, but not real fast. I'm getting everything moved for fall and that "making a living" thing keeps slowing me down. Don't let me forget.
When you get converted to 'cold weather' and if you are already dimensioning things, I'd be interested in the dimensions of the drill point. That is real simple and I should be able to make that with some AR plate sitting around at the office. Here are some pictures of the planter shaft and the drill or split points. One is an aftermarket and the red one is the Gravely version.
No rush, I'll gladly wait for the info. I'm hoping that this winter I can start on some research and the compiling of a bunch of Gravely data. I'm also hoping to get back some money to finally invest in an L to restore for next year's mow-in.Yes, but not real fast.
