Honda 3813 fuel pump will not click when you turn on switch the mower stopped with my wife mowing I took pump off and bench tested and works fine I checked for power at fuel pump wiring harness with switch on no power I have service manual I do know how to check fuel pump relay, fuses are good engine turns over have spark at plugs need a some help thanks
