I am trying to get the kingpin out of a 210 front axle for removal. I got the nut off, how the heck do you get the bolt out? That thing won't move!

I'm sure you have the weight off of the axle and frame supported, bolt might a have a little groove worn in it, Since you have the nut off the bolt should just tap out with a little tap from a hammer, you don't want to mushroom the bolt threads, so I'd use a brass punch against bolt when using hammer, & don't knock tractor off of jack when swinging hammer.

The bolt head might have a little corrosion because of the cast iron axle.

After you have the nut off the bolt id hit it with an impact wrench to break the corrosion bond then punch out the bolt.
