Just curious. Why or what does the "Post 1990 New Holland" relate to in this forum?

My Ford LGT 100 is a first for me. I do often pass a New Holland dealer and wonder?
The blue New Hollands look great. Their blue matches my Ford LGT (?). :tango_face_glasses:

Earlier New Holland garden tractors were the start of the Ariens GT line, not related to Ford in any way.
I think after 1990, they didn't call them Fords anymore, called them New Holland....I may be wrong. I think this only applies to the gardentractors.

Found this....
Does Ford make New Holland tractors?
The original New Holland Machine Company was founded in 1895 in New Holland, Pennsylvania; it was acquired by Sperry Corporation in the 1970s, then by Ford Motor Company in 1986, and then by FiatAgri in 1991, becoming a full line producer.

I know that the early LGTs like yours and mine were built by Jacobsen and sold with the Ford name until the 80s when Gilson started making them.

I kind of wonder if the post 1990s garden tractors even apply here. Maybe the Ford garden tractor section should be combined with Jacobsen?.......It's confusing.
Ford and New Holland sold lawn tractors individually badged that were identical, the LS series, in the mid-90’s.
