I an new to this forum. I purchased a 2001 Ford CM 224 tractor this winter because of a 40+" snow fall and I need something bigger than my walk behind snow blower. This baby does the job but now I am looking to change the oil and filter . I purchased a shop manual on line but it tells me how to rebuild the engine but non of the basics. Does anyone know the oil Capacity and type of oil I should use. I've been told because it's a diesel that it takes special oil. Any help you can give me is much appreciated. My email is [email protected]

Steve, As I said I am new to this forum. I am trying to read my replies but I am not having any luck. Can you or someone at a help desk walk me through the steps? If you want to email me that would be fine. [email protected] just put in the subject line tractor. Thanks Bob

Bobby there just weren't any to this thread other than mine and RK's. The easiest way to know if you have replies to threads you have posted or notifications is to look at your avatar at the top of the page.

That's your "B" If it has a dot on it you have notifications. Click on it and click on the "Alerts" and you'll see what people have replied to your posts or threads you have posted in.
