Can I turn the front rims around to get the wheels in line with the back or should I slide everything out??? Thanks

You can turn the front wheels around, but it is better to slide the axle knees out to match. Turning the rims around puts them out beyond the hub putting much more leverage on the bearings and spindles, making a broken spindle much more likely.

:ditto: It takes a little time and effort but better in the long run...

Check your manual for wheel spacing.. most ford / NH manuals list 'approved' spacings.. some tell you not to dish the fronts.. generally it's the 4wd models..e tc.
