Has anyone found a mechanical temp gauge that the bulb with actually fit right in the head of these tractors? I know it's a 1/8 NPT every bulb I see at the parts store is way to big. All of them are like 3/8 to 1/2. I wonder if I could buy some fittings to make them work?

A quick Google search didn't turn up anything except for some statements that to go that small you need to use an electrical temperature gauge, as they don't make mechanical ones with that small of a bulb. I did find an adapter that is a fitting that goes inline with the radiator hose and gives you a threaded port for a larger bulb to thread into.
