Hi MTF

I was wondering what you guys think a fair price would be for a MF 1035 in decent shape with about 2300 hours. Comes with a Bush Hog 1045 loader. I'm buying it from my next door neighbor and would like to offer a decent price (but not go overboard). Any ideas?

check tractorhouse.com. There you can get a good idea of the going price. I think they go for 9500 in good condition.
