This is a 1961 Lawn boy hobby gardener! I have never had an issue with anything i have rebuilt not running correct if wanted! There is one tiny place on one of the handle bars thats not really a scratch but a scuff that got on there assembling the handle bars.

Looks to be correct. Although this is the only one I have ever seen, it is mounted similar to other brands that I have seen built in this fashion
