Rats. The drive shaft came off the HT-20 a couple days ago. The bad part is the bolts are all snug on the axle and engine. Neither moved. Well, they did...sorta...relative to each other. Found there was some 'frame-flex' due to cracks on both frame rails right at the rear of the engine notches. Amazing how banged up stuff inside can get from that d/shaft boppin' around. Lost the woodruff key on the pump, sheared the cross pin and key on the crank end. Bent just about everything else under there, too. Amazingly, the d/shaft only has some dings in it and does not appear to be bent! The plan is to straighten the frame siderails and weld the cracks. Then add some lengths of fishplate on the sides passing well past those engine cut outs. There is one other crack in the frame at the rear most bolt holding the left axle end to the lower frame flange. No serious issues for a seriously hard working tractor. Should be back up and running in a couple days...

Balnce that driveshaft! I am telling you to just balance it,it will save you so much later on. That is the main reason you driveshaft ripped off. That $60 will go a far way later on.
