I think i am going insane without any snow! this is north dakota for pete sake. i went out on the 446 the other day and just daydreamed about the snowdrifts from last year. man i wis i had the case and snowcaster last year. it wasn't to bad between shovelling and my grandpa's montgomery ward walk behind (great shape, no tag on it but mom kinda remembers it showing up around '73)
and so i have nothing to do but run around the on the brown grass in a circle around my house; lets see some pics of other members with some snow work. just to restore my faith in winter!!!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!!

Man, I know exactly what youre going trough, last year I had to wait until February before i got snow on the ground, very Unusual for Eastern Ontario, Canada.
The past 2 years, we had record low snow falls, and this year is shaping to do the same, were still on grass, only 1 sprinkle 2 nights ago.
I'm going nuts immagining another "Green" Christmass, Never seen this weather shift in my 50 years , The planet is all changed... :dunno:

Here's a pic of my rig ready to roll.

Doesn't do me any good to live in the great lakes snow belt when the snow seems to be running up the eastern seaboard! With such warm weather though the possibility for heavy "Lake Effect" snow is increased, just need some weather to come down from Canada to help out! Hey all you Canadian members get those fans out and point them down this way!!!! :ROF

I second that vote.

I was just over on the backyard round table and man those threads over there from members of every brand seem like they are living the life. why even over in central mn, they got the mother load back in nov. and it was such a tease watching all of the semi's and cars coming back from the minneapolis/st. paul area with all the snow on there vehicles.:banghead3 I think i might have the ride around town with the 446/snowcaster and find some neglected leaf piles. and then run like heck before my neighbors come out and have to rake them back up.

ya see what no snow does to m?, VANDALISM!!!:crybaby:

We had on freak storm back in October. The only problem was I spent more time cutting trees than playing. It was a heavy/wet snow and took down any tree with leaves or vines on it. It is finally getting cold here, but no snow yet.
I second that vote.

Just minor dustings here in Maine, and that is fine with me. My tractor is still under the weather and would be unable to assist in snow removal anyhow.
Nothing but rain in my forecast! :banghead3:banghead3:banghead3:banghead3
We got to clear snow 2 times so far,2 inches each time, and I live at 9200ft at the base of Pikes Peak, might have to trailer mine futher up the mtn just to play. what do you think the hwy dept would say if I was driving up and down pikes peak hwy just to play in the snow? for now I'll settle for making excuses for getting seat time.:thThumbsU

I live in fultonville, Ny and i have NO SNOW!!!!!! HTey say snow every few days then change it the night before. Camera not working but i have a cub 104 with plow, case 442 with plow, and a snoblower :fing32:
Now all i need is snow :(
Yeah, this is like waiting for archery season to come around again. When the cold air comes its nothin but sunshine, warm air is bringing the rain. Its probably cause i built a new weight box and actually have my tractor ready to go BEFORE the snow!
We got 4-5 one time and 3-4 the next. Blowers worked great. Now with the warm-up - it is all melting. Felt like spring this morning, 44 degrees and grass showing through the snow again.
Well guys, nothing but a dusting here in n.e ohio. Now this thursday there calling for a high of 55 with rain! I'am with you, I want the snow to come! On this morning toward the end of winter last year, was VERY cold and crisp! The snow was like powder.

After watching the news last night I am not expecting anything for a while!

The Jet Stream is stuck and we (in the lower 48) are getting the warm Gulf air... and until that changes (which wont be until after X Mas I'm afraid) we won't see jack... frost!!!
Hydrive sam, I absolutley agree with you on archery season.

Creekhead, i wonder if it won't be like two years ago when no snow came until Jan. 3rd and then all heck broke loose. seemed like every other day we had snow and then sleet then snow again until april.

the only good things about no snow yet is that maybe the deer population hear will bounce back and hopefully the antelope will too. Goat season has been closed the last two years. aaarrrggghhh!!!
