Has anyone ever changed one of these out? What all does it require? Mine just went out on Friday on the way home from work and Transmission is in 3 rd and won't shift gear up or down once it gets there.

No big deal. Drain pan, remove filter, you will see a pressure switch and governor solenoid located between the front & rear band servos. Remove the bolts that hold the retainer to valve body / case, disconnect electrical connectors.

On Mopar transmissions, loosen the valve body to trans case bolts to drain some of the oil from the torque converter. Additional 2-3 quarts will drain out. Depending how long you let it drain.
