Built a bench seat ,,,3/4 plywood ,foam padding, and black vinyl,,welded up frame .Was holding the grandson on my lap and decided there had to be something easier. The tractor is a 70 that was purchased with no motor,,a power washer donated a honda engine that is fairly quiet, and with 4 new holes drilled in the 70 frame it bolted into the original location. the drive belt fits ,and the clutch works as it should.

The floor boards, what are they made from? It looks to be aluminum, but are they nerf bars off a vehicle? Very cool project!

The floor boards are aluminum,,, from an 80's dodge mini van,,,,,aluminum running boards were real popular in the 80's, and are scrap metal these days.
