Already have that pdf and apparently it does not apply to this one.
So it looks like it's 1993 or newer.
Has sticker "Hause Equipment", probably originally sold by them.

US Gov't surplus tractor from Alaska Huh... Don't know if that's a pro or con (probably a con). Somewhere along the way, Hause Equipment got their hands on it..
