BR, try the heat and freezer trick. One of them has to work. If not, bring it over and we can put it in the shop press and apply heat to the pulley to see if that works.

Well going to keep this easy.... Picture below..... How do you make this happen? I can get one side off bit not the other.
I've already jabbered the top pulley, ordering another. But I still can't disassemble. Any ideas?
