I know this is not a HD garden tractor, but does anyone know anything about them, as to being worth owning for mowing and snowblowing?

With a 26 hp engine it should handle mowing and snowblowing duties quite well. Sorry I never owned one but I did read a few reviews and owner said they liked it.

The D 170 has a Tuff-Torq K46 trans Variant similar to the K46 used in the X300, X300R & X304 and it should be fine for snow blowing with weights & Chains But I think you might be disappointed with it ropari Because it not in the same league as a Machine Your use to that being a Cub Cyclops, Ingersoll or Your JD325 or was it a 345 can't remember what You have Now.:thThumbsU

Thanks Sergeant. I have the one Ingersoll, and looking for another. I have tried to get away from them, but they are in my blood. Currently I also have a Toro WheelHorse and a Conquest, for other odd jobs and mowing. I'll probably let them go if I find another Ingersoll that suits me.

Ropari You and ColonyPark should stick together Because Your Both suffering from GOLDILOCKS SYDROM You with Ingersoll’s and ColonyPark with John Deere's. ColonyPark went from a 2520 to a X748 then Back up to a Deere 1026R.:sidelaugh
