First I gotta give credit to MTF member bigblue12v (Eric) who suggested this idea, it got me thinking. I recently aquired this Bolens Estate Keeper a couple days ago. It runs and wont take much to drive but I have no use for it, I just wanted it because it's odd. Eric suggested making it a spray rig and I could actually use one, it would be handy. This is so cool and seems like it could be a cool sprayer. I kinda envisioned a front mounted boom and have a tow behind tank to hold the chemical. Only problem I am having is figuring out is having the chemical in a trailer towing behind with a way to get the fluid to the boom up front. Of course hoses would be used but I would have to have a quick disconnect at the hitch so I can unhook the trailer and also I would need a flexible joint or something at the hitch so it could turn and not bind up or have a bunch of slack right there that will drag the ground. Anyone have any suggestions? I appreciate any comments :thanku:

You could use one of those coiled garden hoses and have a series of metal loops to keep it off the ground.

This kind...

You've got it backwards. Hang the tank off the front, and put the boom on the back.

I doubt it would if it was kept close enough. It's still better than sucking on spray.
