So first off, I am sorry if this is the wrong place for this. But I bought a used Z-Force S48 from a friend. He got it from a family member. His details about it are few and far between. But I believe it could have been a test model, since he has family that works at MTD. It has no product id label anywhere on it. But from what I could figure out, it appears to be a 2010 model due to the motor and appearance. But I bought a mulching kit for a Z-Force S48 and none of the baffles line up with any of the mounting holes. The discharge chute blocking plate doesn't even come close to lining up. Is there a way to identify differences in decks over the years and models? I tried googling it and came up empty. Thanks.
