Well, there is quite alot of accessories you can have for the NF IH Cub Cadet garden tractors. A creeper gear box is one. A Brinly disk harrow is another. Yard sweepers, trac vacs, plows, push blades, insect foggers.

Wheelweights, tirechains, lights, implement lifts, spring assists. Rollers of course, hehe! I have a FH Roller in my album.

You know what? That seat set up is on backwards. Must just be sitting on there,.....those 2 holes above the rear tire should be in back of the tractor.

Snowblower and a snowthrower,.......

If you keep the deck on, I'd say pull around a yard sweeper! :fing32:

I would look around a bit more, 600 seems high for a price. No factory lights. But it does look respectiable and nice, may not need a restore. I did give 500 for my 71, but it was missing nothing, super nice with deck and wheelweights. You prolly know it pays to shop around.:fing32:

Sears also made a small generator that would run off the PTO via; drive belt. I guess it would power like a drop light, or something. They were cool!

now thats something odd I'd like for it.

I'd really like somthing with a 3pt hitch to use a tiller, maybe a bigger ride to restore to pull a trailer in a few parades.

I've got a Model 70 as well. It's a 1963 from what I can tell. I've got an early IH cart. Not sure the model of it, but it was originally white. It's a little thing.. Also a disk. Not sure what color that should be..

$600 is way too high. I have a model 70 with fenders, creeper, headlights, aux hydro lift and timed deck(rare option) and only asking 750.00. I know it's worth more in pieces but hate to strip running tractors.

OK, didn't know that Sears made a generator/alternator option for Cub Cadet. VERY INTERESTING.... :woohoo1: Do you have any pics of this unit, or literature for a Sears option? I see someone else in this thread had one for sale (no pics)? I thought that belt-driven generators for this era Cub Cadet were only made by Pincor (front-mount) and Riverton (side-mount).

 :dunno:  :dunno:

Google and other forum searches turned up nothing.... :00000057:

Pincor made generators to mount on most of the GTs of that era. I know that they also made one for the Bolens tube frames.

Amerind MacKissic made chipper/grinders that mounted on most Gts then as well.

There were a plethera of attachments for the late 60s-70s GTs.
