That would be the very top. In my book $200 sounds more like it. Especially if it looks like its been laying outside for the last 10 years. Make sure it runs good, no smoke, knocks or rattles, and see if the front pto clutch works good.
I went and looked at it. Didn't have it in running condition. The deck was rough. Had a cheap rattle can paint job and some welding on the rear fenders. Walked away while I was ahead. $200 would be about right.
