Hi, it creeps forward when I lift my deck. Is there a fix for this? I read something here about adjusting the linkage off the (long bar) to the swash plate. Adjust in to stop creeping forward. Any diagrams would be helpful.

I found the diagram under John Deere Parts Linkage, Control. Doesn't seem to look like mine machine. But I have my deck on, and the battery in the way.

Never seen a 314 but did a quick search and they look like they'd be about the same as a 317 or 318 that I believe you need to remove the rear fender pan to get to the adjustment.

You have lift linkage rubbing on the drive linkage when raising the deck.
Probably where the lift cylinder attaches and moves the lift shaft and rubbing on the forward/reverse linkage.
