Ok, well now that I have gotten my lil tractor running, the only issue I have found is that when it is in gear the brakes don't seem to work. When it is off and in neutral and you press the brake/clutch it stops the machine to the point it will drag the rear tires, but when it is running you can't hold the machine from moving. So knowing this I think that the clutch is not disengaging the engine from the transaxle. Also when it is moving along you can't shift the transaxle from F-N-R with the clutch pressed because it wont stop moving in the gear that it is in.

OK guys, well I guess not only is the clutch non functional but it seems like it only has first gear, after that the only thing that moves is the shifter lever (1-7 speed). So is it like a siezed up lever or pully?

It has varidrive system . remove fnr shift cover . belt from engine to varidrive pulley then belt from there to transaxle . Check that brake is loosening front belt .check for belt guides at engine pulley .there is also an adjustment procedure to follow after changing belts
