Just a tip to all the diesel yanmar owners. Last week I was doing some rototilling with my yanmar165D and the temp indicator came on. After checking things out I found the rad. was plugged with diesel soot and dust. My tractor is near 40 yrs old and ingreat shape and you can bet it will get cleaned on a reg basis from now on.

Good tip. I cleaned mine good when I had the radiator out of the tractor recently when I changed the head gasket. Mine has a screen also in front of the radiator and I cleaned that good also.
