Found a snow blower for my Cub 1872 but it is the wronge model a 451. I have read that the gears are different but everything else lines right up. I did read that you can change the pulley to make up for the gears but was wondering if belt slipage is an issue then. I read on line that a 5" would be what I need and then received an email from a big Cub guy who said a 6" is good. Has anyone done this on anything, tiller, blower, mower? Was belt slipage a problem under load? Also what is a good price on these blowers and cub weights? Also looking at getting 2 link chains and found this to be the best price http://www.tirechain.com/ I have 26x12x12 tire on that super.
