Change front tire size on my GT2542

I have a 2006 gt2542 that I use to blow snow with in the winter. I have an uphill transition from the road to my driveway, that causes the blower to lift up too far. When this happens the PTO shaft hits the frame mount. Since my tractor has the stock 15" tires, I would like to put taller ones on, and hopefully the problem will stop.

My question is what is the best tire and wheel combo for my situation?

I would like to buy a wheel and tire set, so I can switch back to the stock size in the summer for mowing. (The larger tire will rub the deck on the 42")

Thanks!

My 3200 has 16/7.50x 8 tires, and has the limiter clamp on hyd cylinder , and I run the blower in float mode, the shaft does not hit on the frame with mine, even running it up into snow banks .
The GT2544 has 16X6.5X8 and would be a direct bolt on. Before paying new prices from the dealer for wheels I'd scout around for something used that's clean enough.

Tires for snow? I donno.
Thanks guys

I just looked at prices for OEM part....I can get tires and wheels for my car cheaper! lol

Maybe I can rig up a bump stop if I dont find any used parts
Thanks guys
