I've always bought my briggs and kohler parts off ebay.
Pull your manual off the briggs website and find the appropriate part number. Throw that in ebay and odds are very good it'll be there.

The carb kit has a separate number and includes all the gaskets, the float needle, etc you need to redo a carb.
