Case380CK/David Brown 885 Info Needed

I recently got a 1977 Case 380CK/David Brown 885 Tractor with a Loader and 3 point hitch and I have a few questions. First can anybody tell me how to start it by bypassing the ignition switch and is the wire going to the glow plug a 12 volt or is is reduced voltage if anybody could send me a wiring diagram that has the colors of the wiring and where they go I would be most greatful I live in California about 40 miles south west of Sacramento so if there is anybody close to me please email me and I will give my phone number to contact me my email is [email protected] thank you.
