Case International 1140
Hi, I am new here and new to tractors in general. We purchased a Case International 1140 this week. There is not much information online about the tractor. I think the reason is that the tractor was only made for one year-1991. Did another company take that particular tractor over? I am wanting litature and the like for it. It does have a Woods 6ft belly mower but no other implements. Here are some pictures of it

No, I have not found any information for it. It is a 3 cyl diesel Mitsubishi engine.

I recently bought one JUST like it, and I've been loving it!
Just wanted to give you a "heads up"- as you probably noticed that air filters for these babies are higher than gold!
I found a cheap(er) filter that will work- see this thread:

(Assuming you still have the tractor...seeing that this thread is three years old!)
Also [Sorry if this info has alteady been posted- it's been a while since I read this thread, and I don't remember....] some parts which are not available from the Case-IH dealer can be had from places that sell parts for Cub Cadet, as this tractor, after being made for only 1 year by C-IH was then made under the CC name, as the Cub Cadet 7272.

Just bought one - 1140 case international tractor just wanted to know what kind of engine oil is needed to perform oil change,thank you.
