Hi,

I am posting this in hopes of getting some help for my Dad with a wheel on his 430 Case tractor. He says the rear wheel has splines and clamps on it. Does each one of these clamps need to be adjusted equally? Any help would be appreciated.

If this is the case, then yes, the bolts should be tightened equally, and best done in an "X" fashion, and in 3 stages, so as not to tighten one side all at once.
