You either have a valve issue or a brake issue. The forward and reverse works off of a hydraulic brake. If the hydraulic brake needs replacing it is quite expensive, My company opted to replace our skid steer due to it need the brake assembly replaced because it would drift forward by itself without touching the handles. You had to hold the handles slightly back.
1845c boom and bucket slow to engage,drive failed and started rolling towards the house and I had to sw it off to avoid a need for remodeling.
