I'm fairly new to these Case/Ingersoll tractors myself, but here goes:
If you want to view/download a parts catalog that shows a basic construction of the tractor, with lots of exploded views to visualize "what makes it tick," you can go here:

A quick cruise through the two available catalogs (one for "serial no. XXXX and after" and one for "prior to XXXX) I picked up:
-"Smaller-wheeled" version of the product line, with the Model 195 being it's big-wheeled brother (sharing many of the same parts, BTW).
-Hydraulic drive system arranged similarly to other C/I tractors with a Hy Drive, including the later models (200/400, 3000/4000 series).
-Manual Implement Lift standard, w/an available Optional Hydraulic Lift Kit.
-Optional front PTO Kit (E-6)
You can pick up information on other features and engine data, etc. in the above-listed catalogs also.
One thing that I did find interesting about this model is that some of them apparently came with "disc-type brakes."
Whether or not any of this makes the tractor "any good" would be totally up to you I suppose.
Just my .02 Ameros.
