In short--NO....they are way different--the blower one powers a driveshaft,and has 2 lift assist spring holes on it ,and other differences...I put a blower off a SS- on my Suburban 12 ('68) ,it all fit on nicely but I think the 12HP engine isn't quite powerful enough for it in deep snow,I had to crawl in first gear low range and stop often to let it catch up in some deeper snow last winter...

Here is a picture of the "new" Haban blower mule drive I just got. You can see the PTO drive shaft and springs.





More HP is always better with snow-blowers. It isn't that you can't get by... it just take a lot of power to move the snow quickly.

that haban style blower is way different then then one i found hope to have it in a few wekks this one uses the 4 deck mount to hook too and it has a blet running all the way form the fornt of the blower to the back deck mount and it looks to me as it would go to a mule drive and up to the motor
