Here is my cabbage harvested finally. As late as I planted it..which was about April6 I think..and te crazy harlequin bugs...I made out pretty good. I got about 40 heads of some pretty decent cabbage. Biggest head weighed 8 lbs. I was more than satisfied with all this lovely cabbage. Now I need to make plans on all what to do with it now. Saurkraut? Chow-chow? Blanching some and freezing? What you think?
