So, how many PSI should a C-series engine have?

Hmm. So, if I had one with 65 PSI compression and spark, where would I look next to identify the reason why it won't fire up?

Fuel?
I have a pump oil can with fuel mix.
I take out the plug, shoot a lil in the cylinder, then try it.

Crankshaft seals, condenser.

Old rule, if you can back the flywheel up until start of compression backward then flip the flywheel forward, flywheel hits compression and rebounds, it has enough compression to run. No rebound, no run.
