Hey everyone!! New guy here fixing up a 1988 White 580 tiller. It has a Briggs & Stratton 5hp horizontal engine: model 130202, type 3166-01, code 88020407. I just rebuilt the carb on it to fix a no fuel problem and its now running great. Unfortunately, in typical fashion I neglected to reinstall the spring from the throttle control to the governor arm and now have no throttle control. Knowing my luck I'm going to have to remove the carb and gas tank to reinstall it. Does anyone have a picture or some advice about exactly where this thing goes? I have the B&S repair cd but it only has a few generic pictures of the governor linkage which don't match my particular engine. Very happy to be here!!

Thanks alot. Its the short stubby one. Today, the engine started "coughing" through the carburetor as I was trying to start it. I think I have a burned intake valve.
