Briggs Engine adjusting fuel mixture/idle

I had another thread going on this Sabre mower...it turns out I had to replace the carb on it, so I have a question regarding setting the carb now

I have idles around 1800rpm low/3000 high

It idles great on low
It runs while under load (blades engaged) good
BUT
When it's on high throttle there's the odd popping/misfire sound here and there

How can I fine tune that issue without wrecking the others?

Does it happen under load or no load? If no load the idle mix may need to be enriched a tad but is it worth worrying about? As a very wise man once said "If it ain't broke don't fix it".
As it says above under load its ok
- It was broken, so I had to fix it...I replaced the carb completely
And I don't believe its supposed to make a popping/misfire sounds on a new carb, so I'm fixing it
So if it's making this type of noises on a new carb, would it be more fuel or less in the mixture needed?
