Briggs Engine adjusting fuel mixture/idle

I had another thread going on this Sabre mower...it turns out I had to replace the carb on it, so I have a question regarding setting the carb now

I have idles around 1800rpm low/3000 high

It idles great on low
It runs while under load (blades engaged) good
BUT
When it's on high throttle there's the odd popping/misfire sound here and there

How can I fine tune that issue without wrecking the others?

That popping would indicate lean mixture so open the main a bit.
Shoot for 3500 at full throttle.
Idle mixture likely won't affect full throttle running.
