Hi all-need your advice! I have a 5 y/o JD x500 with 400 hours. Occasionally, when engine is running but tractor not moving, depressing the foot brake causes a loud grinding sound. A lesser sound occurs when the parking brake is applied. This is happening about 20% of the time. I do not see any linkage rubbing or evidence of damage beneath the tractor. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
