Will attachments for the 1700H fit on a G14? I have a 1700 with rototiller, snowblower and push blade but the tractor needs some work. I found a G14 that is in good running condition and thought maybe I would by it to use while I fixed up the other tractor.

The attachments will not fit, since the PTO on the 1700 spins the opposite way. However, you wouldn't have too much trouble finding attachments for the G14, as it is a tube frame and attachments are far more common.
