I'm trying to find a solution for this M blade clutch. It vibrates when its engaged. Its not too bad, but its obvious that it will get worse. I've looked around and can't find a replacement or any repair parts. Could I weld the blade hub to the crank shaft?

The M blade clutch hub piece (with the big ol' spring in it) is the same hub that's used on the F BBC units. The difference between the M/ Supreme and staggered deck BBC's is the pair of 'activation ramps' with the triple ball bearing. They activate/ release in different directions.

So... If you have an F BBC unit laying around, stick it in. That's what I used in my 10591, with about 20 happy mowing hours so far. I will also look for my original M hub.

I'm considering having a blade adapter milled or the original hub milled down.
