Been looking for a few of these

One of these I had in stock but I found the other two listed on ebay. A few years back when I joined MTF, ebay was full of these for around $100 plus shipping. Now I rarely see them. When I do, they really sell for a lot.

The listing had been on ebay for some time prior to me making an offer of $125 for one (shipping was included). I was very surprised when my offer was accepted. The seller listed a second one and I offered the same price.

I should be set on spare F self-propel motors for the future. A few years back, there was an ebay seller that used to always list DF Shortblocks for $129. Now, DF shortblocks also seem rare and sell for a lot more. The three will sit on the shelf next to my two DF shortblocks until I need them.

Kind of gloating here but this is a slow time of year for MTF activity. :fing32:

Very nice Bruce! Some nice Cherry that they are setting on to, are you a woodworker to? Reminds me of my fathers garage, all the dogs walk around with cherry, walnut and maple shavings in their furr. LOL The neighborhood dogs love to crawl up in the piles of shavings under his jointer and planer and make a bed.

Nice short blocks. I was thinking of the DF shortblocks myself, as i remember when they used to sell for a little over a hundred bucks. I have a brand new spare myself along with a bunch of other nos parts.

Very good eye, that is a piece of Cherry... The short blocks are sitting on or near a few hundred board feet of Cherry, Maple, and some Oak.
