I have a 2009 22/44 Regent. I'm looking for a used bagger for leave pick-up this fall. Can a bagger off of a machine that has a different size deck fit my deck? I see a lot of baggers off of 38" and 42" decks for sale on Craigslist, but not a lot for sale off of 44" decks.

Maybe you should consult your dealer for that answer. Had to trade my blower when I went from the Landlord to the Prestige. Not sure if you are looking for the bags or the cart system but if you find one be sure you get all brackets/bolts and pully that is needed for a system. Good luck.

It's almost impossible to find a used double/triple bagger for my Regent. I've emailed several guys listing Regents for sale on Craigslist, but no one wants to sell just the bagger without the tractor.

A new bagger is $499 and the turbo blower is another $360. Throw in Uncle Sam's share and I'm spending $800 to pick up a few leaves every fall.

Depends on how good a fabricator you are. When I bought my legacy a few months ago, it had a bagger. But it wasn't ever used on that tractor. The guy bought the deck and bagger from somebody else, and didn't have any brackets. I made my own in about 3 hours, including a trailor hitch to move my trailors around.
